Also has per servings: prep and cook time and nutritional information: calories, fat-not broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.Think as the healthiest I'd like to try the yogurt and jelly filled crepes.Quite a variety to choose from.

I enjoyed this. I've done several of the recipes and they were easy and delicious. I especially liked the crab crepes.
I didn't know that there was this many variations of crepes. I flipped through this book so I can add the ingredients to my shopping list. I am tempted to add them all just so I can try them.
Book is attractive, nice size for reading. However, it is poorly written, with no explanation if one recipe goes with another. Also, Ingredients frequently are listed in mixed order...confusing. I returned this book.
Great recipes that my granddaughter can use. YUM!
