This book helps, but some of the photos need to be more detailed and with more views, particularly of muscles and bones (e.g., sagittal, frontal, etc.) - not every view is given. This is a tool to add to your arsenal, but it's certainly not all you need to pass human anatomy. The best part is the self-tests at the end of the book, but those, too are incomplete.

This book is very good. It was a bit simple for my needs, but the format was very helpful and allowed me to solidify the memorization of the expanded basics using the workbook, coloring and text.The coloring is much simpler than some of the other books out there--which I liked. I prefer this format to color in over the more detailed ones where I felt all I did was search to find the right color for the right spot versus this book where I could color and concentrate on studying the part focused on.Overall, I found this very useful and although it didn't have all the detail I needed, it did have plenty jammed into the pages. I found it to be a very useful tool.

The anatomy class I'm taking is more advanced than the content of this book. It's helpful in some ways, but the drawings aren't very clear. Sometimes, it's hard to determine each part.

Good study guide in addition to your standard class required textbooks. Contains larger more detailed pictures and tons of unlabeled self tests to help you study. Much cheaper that buying the study charts/test from the bookstore. I recommend picking up a decent used copy for the price of a large Starbucks! :)

I Really love how this is both a coloring book and a reference book! this literally saves me so much money! I HIGHLY recommend this book to ANYONE who is studying anatomy/ physiology! YOU NEED THIS BOOK! it not only labels parts but gives "definitions" of each part as well!

I am a nursing student, and I have opened up this book quite a few times as a quick reference (and it is only week 2). It isn't very in-depth, but it is a great, quick guide. I am sure if I had more time, it would serve we well to spend more time with it and would provide useful practice.

Extremely useful book that give very simple and easy to understand information. Regarding ligaments, bones, muscles, & different systems that exist in the human body. What role they serve everyday.
